We are looking for a Field Medical Advisor Oncology for our offices in Greece (fixed term contract - 10 months)
The purpose of the FMA role is to maximize company therapeutic proposal value by being a therapeutic area scientific expert on the field, responsible for discussing scientific evidence of our products, patients’ treatment trends and studies in the respective therapeutic area with a defined audience of Leading Specialists (Physicians, Pharmacists, Board Members of Scientific Societies, and other stakeholders) and to be considered a trusted scientific counterpart and partner.
Main duties:
Scientific engagement: Engage with healthcare professionals to communicate scientific information. Collect actionable medical insights according to agreed listening priorities. Act as a reference point for any external scientific query
Medical Education: Identify medical education needs. Support educational initiatives and training programs. Lead scientific update of HCPs involved in Medical Education Initiatives
Clinical Research: Discuss developmental research and pipeline program, either proactively or reactively, as appropriate. Cooperate with Clinical Team to Support Recruitment in Key Clinical Trials. Collect unsolicited research proposals according to identified clinical evidence gaps
Medical Information: Provide accurate and timely medical information to HCPs.
Scientific Knowledge: Continuously update own scientific knowledge on key scientific data, practical disease management, patient treatment trends and clinical/research activities
Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with internal and external regulations.
Internal Scientific Support: Provides medical and scientific input to support Health Economics, Market Access, and Reimbursement (HEMAR) activities, in collaboration with Medical Advisor and TA Lead. Provides clinical data/disease training. Conducts medical reviews of regulatory texts (mSPCs, RMPs, ICDs, etc), when necessary
Required Knowledge, Skills and experience:
Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine or similar field required
2-5 years of work experience in comparable roles preferred
Proficient in Greek and English both in written and oral
Impactful Presentation Skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Valid driver’s license is needed
Competences:
Good interpersonal skills, ability to influence and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Great command of communication skills, verbal, oral and written, and good presentation skills
Driven by the big picture whilst also being very analytical and with eye for details as needed
Proactive and independent way of working being naturally inclined to drive initiatives in a timely manner

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
€43.300,00 - €72.220,00
