Ao fazer parte do time o estagiário de Relacionamento com o Cliente (REC) será responsável por:
Fornecer informações de acordo com procedimentos e políticas para orientar e apoiar as necessidades dos clientes.
Registrar reclamações, opiniões e elogios sobre os produtos ou serviços.
Cadastrar e atualizar os dados dos clientes e os eventos no sistema de atendimento.
Coletar e registrar eventos adversos e reclamações de produtos conforme exigido pelos procedimentos e regulamentos da empresa.
Agendar e realizar sessões educativas com pacientes, orientando-os sobre como utilizar os produtos e as doenças relacionada.
Contatar periodicamente os pacientes, promovendo educação continuada relacionada à manutenção da qualidade de vida, tratamento e doença e, se aplicável, gerenciar o envio de materiais educativos e comunicações.
Inscrever os pacientes nos programas de suporte ao paciente disponíveis e operar programas de suporte a pacientes de acesso, quando aplicável.
Suporte nas atividades administrativas relacionadas ao atendimento ao cliente em geral.
Requisitos:
Estar cursando bacharelado Cursos da área da Saúde com previsão de conclusão a partir de 2028 (cursando no horário noturno)
Possuir conhecimento básico de Microsoft Office
Inglês é desejável
