Job Description:

 1. Market Access Initiatives / 准入环境及策略分析

- Keep up with national market access policy updates including NRDL, conduct competitive landscape analysis, support the development of market access strategies that aligned with corporate overall objectives, and fully understand business demands of core products and pipelines.

- Work with cross-functional teams (BU, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs etc.) to deliver end-to-end market access work: material preparation, project orchestration and external stakeholder communication.

- 实时跟进 NRDL等全国准入政策动态，开展行业竞争格局分析，支持制定契合公司整体战略目标的市场准入策略，深度把握核心产品及管线的业务需求。

- 协调BU、医学事务、注册事务等跨部门团队，完成准入全链条全流程工作：包含申报材料准备、项目统筹推进、外部利益相关方沟通等

2. Policy Monitoring and Analysis / 政策监测与分析

Track and collect the latest policies, regulations and industry information issued by NHSA and academic associations; deliver timely policy interpretation, business impact analysis and trend forecasting, and tap potential market access opportunities.

- 持续跟踪并收集国家医保局、行业协会、学术机构发布的最新政策及行业动态，为内部提供及时的政策解读、业务影响分析及趋势研判，并挖掘准入机会

3. Access Project Management & Execution / 准入项目管理与卓越执行

- Project management and excellent execution of market access-related projects, track key project milestones, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery

- 负责准入相关项目的管理与高效执行，跟进项目关键节点，保障按时、高质量交付

4. External Stakeholder Engagement / 外部客户沟通与管理

- Build and maintain good cooperative relationships with industry associations, policy experts, think tanks and other external stakeholders.

- 建立并维护与行业协会、政策专家、智库机构等外部相关方的良好合作关系。

5. Additional Responsibilities / 其他职责

- Perform any other duties as assigned to support the market access and policy objectives of the company.

- 完成上级交办的其他相关工作，支撑公司市场准入与政策目标的达成。

Job Requirements / 任职要求

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Pharmacy, Public Health, Health Economics or related fields; Health Economics background is highly preferred.

- 3–5 years of market access working experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies or top healthcare consulting firms.

- Proficient in both written and spoken English, with excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration capabilities.

- Strong data analysis and logical thinking skills, result-oriented with high compliance awareness.

- 本科及以上学历，药学、公共卫生、药物经济学等相关专业；具备药物经济学背景者优先。

- 拥有3–5年跨国药企或头部医药咨询公司市场准入相关从业经验。

- 熟练的中英文听说读写能力，具备优秀的跨部门沟通与协作能力。

- 具备出色的数据分析与逻辑思维能力，结果导向，合规意识强。
