JOB PURPOSE:
This role is responsible for Sanofi Immunology pipeline products/indications of related TA regarding:
Develop pricing assumption and strategy for SPC immunology pipline products
Work with global to contribute to product develop and related projects
Work with local cross-functions to generate market access strategy with tactics plans
Deep involvement into BD cases to deliver access and pricing assumptions
This role will act as the point of contact for local BUs, global V&A sub-teams and/or global expert functions, focusing on the specific product/TA; and lead the local value access platform with the collaboration from cross-functional teams including but not limited to, Development, HEOR, public affairs, BUs, Medical and Commercial, Quality, and IP.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Work out holistic product life-cycle market access & pricing strategy aligned with clinical evidence, patient needs and commercial ambition based on the insights and anticipant market access evolvement
· Insightful on responsible TA based on analysis to generate pipline product pricing assumptions
· Maintain stronge partnership with local cross-functions and GMAx to maximize value offering to payers and secure alignment on pricing strategy, value proposition and decisions
· Coordinate Market Access scenario building incl. risk assessment, & involvement in business forecasting
· Contribute to early development/launch discussion
· Deliever quality pricing assumptions to BD cases despite uncertainties at early stage
JOB-HOLDER REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
· Public health, medical, health economics, or other related scientific background
· Minimum master degree in medical, pharmacy, public health, health economics or related areas, PhD in such areas is preferred
Experience & knowledge & Competencies:
· At least 3 years of working experience in pharmaceutical or medical area
· Good knowledge of China health care system and Market access policy and trends, hands on experience in NRDL or BD case as a plus
· Proved analytic experience in pricing assumptions, scenario play, biz case, etc.,
· Strong ownership, self-motivated with can-do attitude
· Strategic thinking, stretching and agile, and project management
· Good teamwork spirit & collaborative approach including how to be successful in a matrix environment with excellent communication skills
· Problem solving and conflict management skills
· Good analytical skills and attention to details
· Good command of both written and oral English and Mandarin
