Position Summary

We are seeking a (Senior) Access Strategy Project Manager to support the execution of Sanofi China's market access strategy. This role will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage strategic projects, and ensure effective implementation of our access roadmap across the full product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Execution & Project Management

Support the execution of market access strategies across portfolio and pipeline products

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure aligned and integrated execution

Track progress against strategic objectives and KPIs

Governance & Operations

Support MA governance activities and preparation for routine meetings

Maintain policy & projects documentation and reporting

Assist in capability building and team development initiatives

Support global-local collaboration on access strategy

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field

5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical market access or project management

Strong understanding of China healthcare system, market access landscape, and healthcare policies (NRDL, VBP, provincial policies, etc.)

Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills

Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and verbal)
