Your Role
Define and implement eCommerce data standards and requirements for a portfolio of 350,000+ products, aligned with digital marketing and branding for both B2C and B2B channels.
Audit existing digital content for completeness, consistency, quality, and compliance with guidelines.
Leverage AI tools and scripting to enhance digital product representations (descriptions, features, spec extraction) and automate workflows (image/video tagging, alt-text generation, SEO enhancements).
Build and maintain Python-based workflows to ingest, normalize, and publish product data via APIs; create reusable data-validation and transformation modules.
Monitor digital performance metrics, define KPIs, and drive data-driven improvements in product quality and customer engagement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and IT; establish governance, ownership, and documentation for data standards and changes.
Stay current with AI applications for eCommerce and industry best practices; translate insights into scalable implementations.
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in data science, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing digital product content, data management, or a similar role.
Proficiency with scripting languages (e.g., Python) to facilitate and enhance scalable workflows. - non-negotiable (being able to effectively use API such as AI-ML APIs)
Familiarity with AI-based tools and techniques for improving digital products.
Preferred Skills:
Life Sciences degree or previous experience in the life sciences market is a very strong plus.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Familiarity with Palantir Foundry/ uptimize
Knowledge of B2C and B2B marketing principles and consumer behavior.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
