About the role

As a Digital Product Owner , you will own and scale AI-powered products used across global manufacturing sites and supply chain operations.

This role requires a senior Product Owner who can build, deploy and actively use AI agents, both within products and in daily Product Ownership practices.

Key responsibilities

Own and drive the product vision, backlog and roadmap for Manufacturing & Supply Chain use cases (planning, operations, quality, performance).

Deliver measurable outcomes: operational efficiency, adoption, service level, quality and ROI.

Design, deploy and scale AI-powered features and agents (decision-support agents, copilots, optimization agents).

Integrate AI agents into your own Product Owner workflows and POD team (discovery, backlog refinement, prioritization, insights, documentation).

Lead backlog prioritization with a strong focus on value, constraints and industrial realities.

Work closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, IT, Data and AI teams.

Ensure compliance with GxP, data integrity, privacy and AI governance requirements.

Act as a role model for AI‑augmented Product Ownership, coaching other peers and partners.

Experience

5–10+ years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally in Manufacturing, Supply Chain or regulated environments.

Technical background as a Data Scientist or Data Engineer is fundamental

Proven experience building or operating AI-powered products and agents.

Hands-on use of modern AI tools (LLMs, copilots, agent frameworks).

Strong understanding of industrial systems (ERP, MES, QMS, planning tools).

Soft skills

Outcome-driven, pragmatic, and comfortable with complexity.

Strong stakeholder management and leadership.

Languages

Fluent English.

The salary range for this position is :€76,000.00 - €101,333 Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
