As a Vaccines Business Development Manager within our Vaccines Business Unit, you'll take personal accountability for driving sales and commercial success across your defined territory. You'll build strategic relationships with priority stakeholders in key accounts, collaborate with regional healthcare stakeholders to increase vaccine uptake, and shape buying decisions through clinically differentiated engagement. Main Responsibilities
Build and manage strong relationships with key healthcare decision-makers across your territory to support better vaccine access and uptake
Create and carry out territory and account plans to meet sales targets and build long-term partnerships
Share clear, evidence-based information about vaccines with healthcare professionals and other relevant decision-makers
Work closely with regional health service contacts to find opportunities to improve vaccine programs and services
Balance in-person and remote meetings to have meaningful conversations, set shared goals, and promote key products effectively
Take ownership of your territory's success, using good judgement and a willingness to try new approaches to reach commercial goals
Collaborate closely with colleagues across the wider team to contribute to shared business goals
About You
You have a track record in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting. You understand how to build relationships and close deals.
You're a skilled communicator who can influence and persuade across different audiences. You're comfortable with face-to-face engagement, take ownership of your work, and thrive as part of a collaborative team.
You're proficient with digital tools and comfortable working across multiple platforms. You have strong analytical and planning abilities, and you're able to manage data and track performance metrics.
You have a solid understanding of the NHS vaccines landscape, guidelines, and how healthcare purchasing decisions are made.
A degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is preferred but not essential, we value relevant experience and demonstrated capability.
