About the Role 

Sanofi is seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Senior Product Manager to join the US Respiratory Marketing team supporting the Dupixent Respiratory franchise across Asthma and COPD. This individual will play a critical role in shaping and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive business growth, strengthen customer engagement, and accelerate biologic adoption across key customer segments.

This role sits within a fast-paced, highly visible franchise and is heavily focused on execution excellence across core brand initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of driving high-quality execution across multiple workstreams in partnership with cross-functional teams and agency partners.

The Senior Product Manager will work closely with brand leads, insights & analytics, patient and provider experience teams, market access, sales, medical, agency partners, and alliance stakeholders to drive execution against franchise priorities.

Reports to the Head of Product Strategy for Respiratory.

Main Responsibilities 

Support execution of key Respiratory franchise marketing initiatives across HCP and/or consumer channels.

Manage day-to-day coordination and execution across agency partners, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Support development and deployment of marketing materials, campaigns, and tactical initiatives.

Help drive execution across digital, media, CRM, personal promotion, and patient engagement activities. I

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business priorities.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Legal, Regulatory, and alliance partners to support seamless execution.

Partner with agencies on creative development, production, reviews, and approvals.

Support franchise planning activities, meetings, workshops, and internal communications.

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and executional excellence.

Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced team environment with strong attention to detail and accountability.

Monitor KPIs against activities and analyze data to identify continuous improvements in campaign effectiveness and operations

About You

Basic Qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree.

Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or related experience.

Experience supporting brand marketing, product management, or commercial initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications 

Experience in Specialty Care, Respiratory, Immunology, or Biologics.

Experience across both HCP and consumer marketing.

Experience working within cross-functional matrix organizations.

Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with omnichannel marketing

Experience working with external agencies and alliance partners.

Demonstrated strategic thinking and strong business acumen.

MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Experience supporting launches or high-growth brands preferred.

The salary range for this position is:

$122,250.00 - $176,583.33
