Verantwoordelijkheden
Ombouwen van productielijnen in functie van de te produceren orders.
Het kunnen detecteren van de oorzaak van een panne door middel van problem solving technieken.
Voert testorders uit en blijft stand-by bij de opstart van de omgebouwde lijn
Deelnemen aan verbeterprojecten omtrent installaties.
Ondersteunen van onderhoud bij omvangrijke stilstanden en preventief onderhoud (PO) en projecten.
Preventieve smeer- en nazicht-activiteiten.
Voert lock-out, tag out taken (LOTO) uit.
Gerichte communicatie zodat genomen acties geborgen en gekend zijn (operatoren, techniekers, leidinggevenden, ...).
Zelfstanding lijn kunnen bedienen en ook inzetbaar zijn als lijnoperator.
Vereiste opleiding, werkervaring en vaardigheden
Kennisniveau Hoger Secundair Onderwijs A2 of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
Ervaring van 3 jaar als operator
Kennis van de werking en bediening van de machines van de productielijnen
Kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit (BA4), pneumatica, meet- en regeltechnieken, …
Kennis van problem solving methoden
Kennis van de gereedschappen en producten van toepassing op de werkzaamheden
Kennis van de structuur en van de interne (werk)procedures van de organisatie
Kennis van de courante en bedrijfsspecifieke software.
Basiskennis Engels
