As T3 Project Lead (Manufacturing Technology Engineering) within our Frankfurt Bio Campus Engineering Projects Team, you’ll manage or support investment projects. Oversee project phases including budget management and scheduling while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Coordinate between various stakeholders and integrate different technical interfaces as part of daily operations.

Main responsibilities:
End-to-end capital project delivery for projects up to €5M including initiation, feasibility, design, execution, C&Q, handover & close-out
Monthly capital project reporting on all project KPIs for safety, cost, schedule, and resources
Adherence to all mandatory Sanofi, local & regulatory compliance standards and policies, including construction safety GMRs, Planet Care standards, GMP, and FDA regulations/standards
Foster a safety first, quality always culture throughout the project implementing SMS 2.0 and TRT ways of working
Lead and support 3rd party contractor & supplier management
About you
Experience:
Min 5 years of capital project engineering and/or project delivery experience as a Technical Engineer in pharmaceutical manufacturing, process engineering, and/or building & utilities Project Management skills with professional project management designation preferred, e.g., PMP, CAPM, PgMP, PMQ, Prince2
Soft and technical skills:
Regulatory knowledge with familiarity of GMP, FDA, building & construction regulations/standards
Project management experience managing process & construction safety, budgets, schedules, risk, and resources for multip discipline capex projects
Stakeholder & People Management skills working cross-functionally in a matrix organization
Project Management/Project Controls skills managing budgets, schedules, communication, changes, risks, and resources
Education:
Mechanical or Electrical engineering degree with a professional engineering designation preferred, e.g., PE, P.Eng. Charter Eng.
Languages:
fluent german and english
