About the Role
MedTech Supply Chain is recruiting for a Lead – Data Quality and Automation to join our Data Team. The position is based out of US/ EMEA/ LATAM.
This role will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and reliability data while driving AI initiatives that streamline day-to-day operations. This role partners across different supply chain teams to gather requirements, identify process gaps, and design scalable, automated data quality solutions that improve operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. This is a high-impact, multi-functional role that directly enables patient outcomes and operational excellence
Key Responsibilities
Data Quality Management
Establish, monitor, and implement data quality standards, rules, and governance across supply chain systems
Proactively identify, investigate, and monitor data discrepancies, anomalies, and root causes affecting master data, transactional data, and reporting.
Develop and maintain data quality dashboards, scorecards, and Key Performance Indicators to track health, and completeness over time.
Automation & Process Improvement
Identify manual, repetitive, and error-prone processes and support implementation of automation solutions (e.g., RPA, Power Automate, Python, SQL scripts, ETL pipelines).
Build, test, and deploy automated workflows that reduce cycle time and improve reliability of day-to-day supply chain operations.
Continuously evaluate emerging tools and technologies to enhance automation and analytics capabilities.
Multi-functional Engagement
Engage with multi-functional teams across projects and critical initiatives to capture quality requirements, implement them and supervise for resolution.
Partner with team members to prioritize initiatives, align on outcomes, and communicate progress and impact.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in supply chain data management, or analytics, with a focus on data quality and process automation.
Hands-on experience with data tools and automation platforms (SQL, Python, Power BI, Power Automate, RPA, ETL).
Solid understanding of supply chain processes and master data domains (material, vendor, customer, BOM, inventory).
Confirmed ability to assemble requirements and collaborate across teams with varied strengths.
May require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel to other sites and locations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a regulated industry (pharmaceutical, medical devices, or consumer health).
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, data governance frameworks, (MDM) tools.
Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or Snowflake).
Lean Six Sigma or project management certification.
Core Competencies

Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
zł163,000.00 - zł262,200.00
