Your Role
Own the full sales cycle for assigned Life Science accounts and territory, from prospecting to closing, with tailored account plans to accelerate revenue and deepen partnerships.
Combine scientific expertise with commercial strategy to identify new business opportunities and articulate product value to key stakeholders.
Build and nurture leadership-level relationships with customers and distribution partners to strengthen market presence and trust.
Collaborate closely with Specialist teams, Marketing, and Customer Experience, to coordinate cross-functional activities and deliver outstanding customer experience.
Maintain a robust short- and long-term pipeline, leveraging digital tools to improve prospecting, qualification, and sales conversion.
Monitor competitive dynamics within the territory and translate insights into actionable market and account strategies.
Provide strategic input to inform market strategy and ensure your contributions are visible to senior leadership.
Who You Are
You hold a degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field, or bring equivalent professional experience in a scientific sales environment.
You have substantial experience in account management or field sales within the Life Science industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
You bring strong knowledge of the Life Science market, including an understanding of customer segments, competitive landscape, and distribution dynamics.
You are skilled at building and sustaining relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, from laboratory end-users to senior decision-makers, through both in-person and digital engagement.
You are proficient in using CRM systems to manage pipeline, track customer interactions, and generate actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret market data, identify growth opportunities, and develop effective account strategies.
You communicate with clarity and confidence, adapting your style to different audiences, and you thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
