Job Description:
The Senior Specialist, Source-to-Contract, will ensure that the Service Delivery Procurement Source-to-Contract organisation delivers results in support of the Global Services, OneProcurement and Johnson & Johnson business strategy and objectives. The role works directly with the business, category procurement teams, and the broader function. Additionally, you contribute to and own the operational execution of prioritized category strategy implementations, sourcing and contracting cases, and other critical functional activities.
Key Responsibilities
Mentor and collaborate amongst a team of Source-to-Contract analysts
Conducts the day-to-day operations of the Source-to-Contract function, including sourcing event management, price and other contract terms negotiation, contract drafting and execution, and stakeholder management activities, responsibility for delivering based upon the agreed SLAs and ensuring policy and legal compliance
Drive continuous improvements in user experience, effectiveness, and efficiency in assigned areas of responsibility
Support development and implementation of automation and AI (Artificial Intelligence) initiatives within assigned areas of responsibility; act as product owner for S2C tools and AI features; gather requirements, prioritize, test, and roll out enhancements.
Create Value by establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key business partners and peers with a view to proactively understanding and constructively influence their needs and expectations
Partner with Category Procurement teams, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Security, and other relevant functions to align sourcing and contracts with category strategy, data privacy, cybersecurity and regulatory needs.
Support digital requirements discipline: gather, document, and translate data needs, data quality, data lineage, integration points and privacy/security controls.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent University degree is required
Experience and Skills
Required:
4-6 years of Procurement, Finance, or other relevant business experience
Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills; recognized as a constructive team player representing Source-to-Contract within various teams.
Preferred:
Good understanding of Sourcing and Contracting processes and Source-to-settle operations. .
Experience in the Shared Services industry.
Work Location & Schedule
This position will be part of the EMEA Service Delivery Procurement organization and will primarily support the EMEA region. To ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders across EMEA, the role requires partial coverage of EMEA time zone working hours.
