Your role:

An exciting and highly visible opportunity has become available for a dynamic IT Service Excellence Manager responsible for managing governance and compliance frameworks in the Strategy, Governance & Transformation unit of Digital Enterprise Solutions. This is a mature Expert 3 position which regularly interacts with all areas of DES (including Sector IT, including Sector CIOs) as well as leaders in Corporate and Functional Quality & Security units. The candidate will be responsible for the support and further improvement of an established framework for the IT Service Continuity & Disaster Recovery Process and will act as Process Owner. You will utilize your deep practical experience in Information Technology to provide training, consultation, guidance and mentoring to personnel responsible for Disaster Recovery planning & testing. You will support DES compliance with Business Continuity Planning activities, including documenting, testing and further developing the DES Business Continuity Plan as needed. You will drive stakeholder engagement & expectation management at all levels of DES & Sector IT units; as well as providing expertise, collaboration & technical support, and acting as SPOC to corporate functions (Security, Quality, Crisis Management, etc.) and Internal Auditors. A key part of this position is the ability to work effectively independently and to drive Governance and Compliance while developing improvements to the Disaster Recovery process to support continual and adequate risk management across technical landscape. You are comfortable with basic AI tools and competent in applying AI within Governance activities.

Who you are:

•    You have a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (relevant professional experience may be taken into consideration).

•    You have a minimum of 12 years’ experience,  including at least 8 years in  technical IT support roles, and 5 supporting service continuity or disaster recovery in a large, multinational, regulated company.

•    You have senior IT expertise combined with good knowledge of current trends and technologies; and you participate in peer networks and keep up to date with trends and best practices.

•    You have proven understanding of Good Documentation Practices and a strong quality mindset and understanding of quality oversight.

•    You have native-level English proficiency and excellent, executive level presentation skills.

•    You are a creative and independent thinker, able to balance priorities and self-organize to meet timelines.
