Work Your Magic with us!
Ready to explore, break barriers, and discover more? We know you’ve got big plans – so do we! Our colleagues across the globe love innovating with science and technology to enrich people’s lives with our solutions in Healthcare, Life Science, and Electronics. Together, we dream big and are passionate about caring for our rich mix of people, customers, patients, and planet. That's why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimaginable with us.
Your Role:
At the heart of our enterprise integration landscape, you will design and deliver the secure, scalable connections that keep critical business platforms running in harmony. Taking technical ownership of complex integration solutions built on Boomi AtomSphere, you will connect platforms including customer relationship management systems, vault applications, and a broad range of business-critical tools. You will architect real-time APIs and batch interfaces, implement robust error handling and monitoring, and drive performance optimization across the integration estate.
Working closely with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional IT teams, you will translate complex requirements into reliable, maintainable integration solutions. You will serve as a senior advisor and mentor to junior developers, sharing your expertise through code reviews, knowledge transfer sessions, and technical guidance. Your contributions will directly support strategic digital transformation initiatives, ensuring that data flows securely and reliably across the organization's application landscape.
Who You Are:
You bring 5 or more years of hands-on experience designing and building enterprise integrations with Boomi AtomSphere, including real-time REST APIs, batch interfaces, and event-driven architecture patterns.
You have deep expertise integrating with Salesforce in multi-tenant environments and direct experience with Veeva CRM or Veeva Vault integrations, including authentication, data mapping, conflict resolution, and incremental loads.
You are proficient in REST API development with solid working knowledge of SOAP, JSON, XML, and XSLT transformations, and you have hands-on experience with API management including gateway configuration and CORS settings.
You design for resilience: you build robust error handling, retry logic, idempotency, and monitoring and alerting into every integration process, and you are experienced in performance tuning and working with queues and topics.
You have a proven track record of troubleshooting production incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing lasting fixes in support and incident management contexts.
You work confidently with version control tools such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment best practices, and you maintain thorough technical documentation including process diagrams, runbooks, and data flow mappings.
You hold a Boomi Developer certification or equivalent; a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) is an advantage, as is experience in pharmaceutical or other highly regulated environments.
You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, bring a collaborative mindset to mentoring colleagues, and contribute actively to a culture of continuous improvement.
What we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences. We believe that this variety drives excellence and innovation, strengthening our ability to lead in science and technology. We are committed to creating access and opportunities for all to develop and grow at your own pace. Join us in building a culture of inclusion and belonging that impacts millions and empowers everyone to work their magic and champion human progress!

How we calculate "similar"
No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.
Every comparison starts from the same 100-point budget: 25 for working in the same function, 40 for the same therapeutic area, 20 for the same or adjacent seniority, 15 for the same country. A dimension we can't confirm on both sides contributes nothing, never a guess, never a free pass.
0 points, never a partial guess. A role we know almost nothing about beyond its function bottoms out at 25%; it never inflates to 100% just because there's little to compare against. Seniority uses a defined ladder (Associate → Manager → Associate Director → Senior → Principal → Director → Senior Director → Executive/VP) so "Director" and "Senior Director" count as adjacent, but "Director" and "Executive/VP" do not.
