Main Responsibilities
Execute regular customer calls in the assigned territory to achieve sales targets and maximize business opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and engaging potential new accounts.
Monitor customer inventory, purchasing patterns, and market demand; negotiate orders to maximize sales opportunities.
Provide customers with up-to-date information on new products, services, pricing, and relevant changes.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and territory performance, and provide timely reports as required.
Contribute to the development of annual budgets, sales forecasts, and territory business plans.
Gather and analyze competitor and market intelligence, and proactively share relevant insights with the line manager.
Provide market feedback and actionable recommendations to support business growth and customer engagement.
Plan and execute promotional and customer engagement activities, including roundtable discussions, patient awareness programs, and other effective marketing initiatives.
About You
University graduate, preferably with a degree in Science or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry; experience in biologics or specialty care is preferred.
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrates a growth mindset and an agile, adaptable approach to work.
Strong territory management and customer engagement skills.
Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Excellent team player with strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
Positive attitude with a strong passion for the pharmaceutical industry and delivering business results.
Good command of both written and spoken English.
