Your Role
As a Senior Expert-SAP Authorization Delivery, you will play a crucial role in the project team, concentrating on the implementation of authorization deliverables. You will utilize your comprehensive knowledge of roles and authorization changes in alignment with SAP governance tools to safeguard applications, support change requests, rollouts activities and implementation projects in a global environment.
This role is to be based in Bengaluru (Banglalore), India, with mandatory office presence.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and manage authorization roles across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, RPA, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
Design and implement reusable authorization templates for SAP modules.
Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Manage ERP change requests and CAB meetings to ensure timely delivery.
Drive SAP GRC and SoD analyses, risk scoring, remediation/ mitigation, and produce audit-ready artifacts.
Collaborate with stakeholders in a multicultural setting.
Manage multiple deliverables and support go-lives, including occasional non-office hours.
Stay current on SAP security trends and AI products.
Who you are
Technical Skills:
Strong SAP S/4 expertise; solid SAP ERP/S4 fundamentals; exceptional authorization concepts.
Proficient in ECC, BI, HR, Fiori, and BTP authorizations.
Change and Incident Management experience.
Security policies, best practices, audits, SoD, and SOX familiarity.
SAP GRC and risk management tools proficiency.
Education & Qualifications
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
CISSP or CISA a plus.
5–9+ years in SAP Security, GRC, and authorization management
Team player; able to work independently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
