THE POSITION

We are looking for a motivated, team-oriented and dynamic Sales Swine Specialist to strengthen the Italy Sales Team.

The Sales Swine Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing commercial - technical strategies to support the Swine Business in the territory assigned.

The employee should combine technical skills with commercial acumen to deliver high-quality service to customers, concrete execution and drive business growth.

The employee will operate in a highly competitive commercial environment that requires rapid action and the ability to seize opportunities, focusing on planning with balance of tactical management and day by day operational requirements, this implies effective information sharing in order to collaborate in customer value creation, maintaining accurate business records including CRM and Communicate effectively with Area Manager and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the achievement of sales and qualitative objectives through effective negotiation, planning and execution, using company tools in order to monitor and track evolution and market scenario.

Support the development and implementation of our portfolio / solution in the territory assigned, anticipating market needs and improving opportunities.

Create, maintain and strengthen partnerships with its accounts by proposing tailored solutions aimed at achieving results through a win-win approach.

Contribute to the success of the team by sharing best practice with colleagues and proactively contributing ideas.

Ensure that all relevant documentation supporting customer rebate schemes and agreements is accurately archived in the company’s official repositories.

Develop mutual beneficial short-mid-long term partnership with our customers based on high quality interactions and exceptional provision of service.

Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including veterinarians, producers and industry partners.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences or economical fields (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).

Not less than 2 years of professional experience in the Livestock environment.

Business acumen.

Technical knowledge in Swine Space.

Account and Stakeholder management skills. Focus on planning and execution.

Work effectively with intermittent supervision.

Communication and influencing skills.

Excellent communication in Italian. English level at least B1.

Intermediate proficiency in MS Office.

For this position, we offer a temporary 1-year contract with an external agency .

The gross annual base salary foreseen for this position ranges from €55,000 to €60,000, depending on candidate's skills and experience.
