Job Description:
Summary / purpose of the position
Account lead SC will be the final responsible to manage private and public market accounts in Colombia. She/he will be responsible to manage/develop accounts deliver clinical and economical evidence and be key player on product launches. Responsible for promotion the clinical evidence position and maximization the full potential of our portfolio.
Main responsibilities / job expectations
Coordinates the account team being the voice of the customer and is proactive on taking a course of action.
Develops account plans based on the brand strategy and execute tactics as a result of the segment, opportunities and barriers.
Executes account plans by identify, analyze and interact with the stakeholder map
Assures product availability by managing sell in, Sell Out, inventories, PCM, DPM as a result on demand generation.
Plays an advisory role delivering clinical and economical evidence, tailored made to customer needs
Key player on product launches and access, promoting clinical experience by supporting specific patients in public institutions
Develops new markets and accounts in private and public institutions
Understands, analyses and execute sales force effectiveness KPIs
Promote and position our product in each institution.
Identify, analyze, process and communicate appropriately key competitive information.
Knowledge, abilities & experience
Education / Certifications:
Business or HCP background
Life science or similar degree
Experience:
Experience in oncology therapeutics areas (Desirable)
Scientific orientation
Account leadership and management
Participation in product launches
Specific patients in public institutions
Positive & proactive
focused on execution
Able to translate opportunities and barriers in an action plan
Languages:
Spanish
