Job Description
As an Senior Associate Field Excellence, you will play a key role in supporting commercial excellence, business performance, and strategic decision-making across multiple Business Units. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Commercial Operations, and Leadership teams to deliver insights that help shape business strategy and drive execution excellence.
Some of the tasks related to this role are:
Drive analytical support for annual Brand Plan activities across all Business Units, partnering closely with Product Managers to support strategic planning, performance assessment, and business recommendations
Develop and deliver Business Reviews for the Business Units on a bi-monthly basis, providing actionable insights into performance, opportunities, and business trends
Support SIP (Sales Incentive Plan) review cycles by preparing performance analyses, tracking results, and identifying opportunities for optimization
Contribute to the POA (Plan of Action) qualification, analysis, and performance assessment to support annual activities
Lead and coordinate Market Research projects to support business decision-making, and strategic planning
Apply project management methodologies to ensure successful execution of cross-functional initiatives related to POA, Market Research and other planning activities
Develop analytical reports, presentations, and business insights using Excel and PowerPoint
Utilize Tableau, SQL, Excel and other analytical tools to extract, analyze, and visualize data to support business decision-making
Provide ad-hoc business analyses to support Sales, Marketing, FP&A and Leadership teams in strategic and operational decision-making
Collaborate with stakeholders across Business Units to understand business needs and translate them into actionable analysis and recommendations
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality of business reporting, performance tracking, and analytical deliverables
Contribute to ACCP continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
