Job Description:
The Regional Marketing Manager, Trauma will lead portfolio strategy, commercialization, and business growth across the Asia Pacific region. This role partners closely with global, regional, and local teams to drive product launches, market expansion, professional education, evidence generation, and stakeholder engagement for the Trauma portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional portfolio strategies, commercialization plans, and launch excellence initiatives to accelerate growth.
Drive product lifecycle management, portfolio optimization, forecasting, and inventory planning in partnership with markets and Supply Chain.
Lead regional business planning, annual operating plans, and marketing strategies while monitoring performance against growth objectives.
Gather market intelligence and Voice of Customer (VOC) insights to inform strategy, innovation, and pipeline prioritization.
Partner with Global teams on new product development, market evaluations, licensing, and acquisition opportunities.
Collaborate with Health Economics and Market Access teams to support pricing, reimbursement, evidence generation, and market access strategies.
Develop and deliver regional professional education programs and sales enablement initiatives to strengthen commercial capabilities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), AO faculty, and other key stakeholders across Asia Pacific.
Lead digital marketing initiatives and support the adoption of enabling technologies, including navigation, robotics, and digital solutions.
Contribute as a member of the Regional Trauma Leadership Team, fostering cross-market collaboration, talent development, and best-practice sharing.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 6 years of sales and/or marketing experience, preferably within Trauma, Orthopedics, Medical Devices, or Healthcare with regional experience is a must.
Strong strategic marketing, commercialization, digital technology and stakeholder management experience is key.
Demonstrated success delivering business results in a complex matrix environment.
Excellent communication, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Self-motivated leader with strong project management and business acumen.
Willingness to travel across the Asia Pacific region as required.
