Main responsibilities

• Engage proactively with healthcare professionals and institutions, providing high-quality, balanced, and accurate scientific information in response to their needs.

• Build and maintain trusted, long-term partnerships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals through meaningful scientific exchange.

• Organize and facilitate local scientific meetings, webinars, and group engagements in line with the stakeholder engagement and country medical plans.

• Develop and execute individual stakeholder engagement plans, generating actionable insights and proposing solutions aligned with the broader medical strategy.

• Support evidence-generation activities, including investigator-initiated studies and local advisory boards, while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams across medical, commercial, and clinical functions to deliver integrated, patient-focused outcomes.

About you

Education: Advanced degree in a scientific discipline (MD, PharmD, or PhD)

Experience: Background in hematology or a related therapeutic area, with demonstrated ability to engage and influence scientific stakeholders

Technical skills: Proficiency in CRM tools; ability to leverage multiple channels and formats for scientific engagement; solid grounding in biostatistics

Soft skills: Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, collaborative mindset, and a genuine appetite for continuous learning

Languages: Fluent in both Romanian and English (spoken and written), required

The salary range for this position is :L192 000,00 - L256 000 Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
