DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Professional Education Lead located in Issy les moulineaux, France.

Missions générales du poste 

Définir et piloter l’agenda stratégique d’éducation de DePuy   Synthes   France (Professionnelle & Commerciale) pour accélérer l’adoption des solutions, développer les compétences internes et renforcer les partenariats HCP/HCO, en alignement avec les priorités France et EMEA/Global.

Principales responsabilités 

• Construire et exécuter le plan annuel d’éducation (HCP) et de formation commerciale (équipes Sales/Marketing), avec objectifs, parcours, calendrier, budgets et KPI.

• Assurer l’alignement étroit avec les Franchises, le Marketing, les Ventes, le   Clinical / Medical   et le   Quality /Compliance pour garantir cohérence scientifique, impact business et exécution.

• Concevoir, organiser et animer les dispositifs d’éducation externe : Centres d’Excellence, ateliers,   cadaver /animal   lab   selon cadre applicable, symposiums, congrès, formats digitaux/ blended , en intégrant les tendances cliniques et marché.

• Recueillir et analyser les besoins éducationnels HCP/HCO ; développer un réseau solide de   KOLs   et de centres formateurs ;   co-construire   des programmes à forte valeur ajoutée.

• Déployer des solutions innovantes (simulation, digital, parcours certifiants,   proctoring ) et lancer des projets différenciants, incluant l’“commercial   enablement ” (argumentaires, technique produit, concurrence, valeur, compliance).

• Avec les équipes   Clinical / Medical , construire des partenariats éducatifs avec   HCPs , HCO, sociétés savantes et associations, et représenter DePuy   Synthes   France sur les initiatives clés.

• Évaluer et piloter les demandes de soutien/financement éducatif : analyse, validation interne, contractualisation, suivi budget et conformité (processus outils internes), et accompagnement des HCO/HCP dans l’exécution et le   reporting .

• Réaliser l’analyse annuelle des besoins (HCP et internes), anticiper les priorités à 12–24 mois et mesurer l’impact via des KPI (participation, satisfaction, transfert de compétences, adoption, performance commerciale).

• Garantir le respect des règles de conformité, d’éthique et de transparence (interactions HCP/HCO, événements, contrats, budgets, documentation).

• Coordonner avec l’équipe Education EMEA et les parties prenantes Global pour adapter la stratégie au marché France et favoriser la participation des HCP français aux programmes internationaux.

• Manager et développer l’équipe Education (directs/indirects) : recrutement/intégration, fixation d’objectifs, coaching, montée en compétences, priorisation et allocation des ressources (internes/externes).

Principaux   engagements de leadership 

• Créer une dynamique de collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes/externes et transformer les besoins en plans d’action.

• Construire des relations durables avec HCP/HCO, basées sur la valeur clinique, la qualité pédagogique et l’éthique.

• Exploiter les retours terrain (HCP et équipes commerciales) pour améliorer en continu contenus, formats et efficacité.

• Fédérer, prioriser et exécuter avec rigueur (délais, budget, qualité), en pilotant des prestataires/partenaires si nécessaire.

• Contribuer aux   advisory   boards /instances scientifiques lorsque des sujets d’éducation sont concernés.

• Transformer les retours en actions concrètes créant de la valeur pour les patients, les HCP et DePuy   Synthes   France.

• Challenger le statu quo et innover dans les approches pédagogiques.

• Adapter et déployer en France les programmes EMEA/Global (contenu, logistique, conformité, mesure d’impact).

•   Co-construire   et déployer la stratégie d’éducation commerciale :   onboarding , formation continue, lancements, excellence d’exécution, outils et certification.

• Piloter les volets   education   lors des congrès nationaux et régionaux (contenu, speakers, logistique, conformité, mesure).

• Promouvoir un environnement inclusif,   respectueux et orienté performance .

• Communiquer avec impact (présentation, influence, storytelling clinique et valeur).

• Assurer le pilotage de portefeuille (priorisation, gouvernance, risques) et la livraison des programmes selon délais/résultats attendus.

• Suivre et valoriser l’impact des programmes (qualité, sécurité, expérience, adoption et performance) via des indicateurs partagés.

• Prioriser et optimiser l’exécution (formats, prestataires, sites, coûts) pour maximiser la portée et l’efficacité.

• Porter la proposition de valeur Education de DePuy   Synthes   France auprès des équipes internes et des partenaires externes.

Expériences professionnelles et compétences requises 

Compétences clés 

• Formation : ingénieur biomédical ou école de commerce (préférence pour le marketing).

• 5 ans d'expérience dans une entreprise de   MedTech /Pharma dans le domaine thérapeutique de la franchise : éducation, clinique ou vente/marketing.

• Solides compétences en communication.

• Capacité à établir une relation de confiance avec les   HCPs   et les HCO.

• Passion pour l'innovation, historique de réussite en autonomie, orienté résultats.

• Esprit collaboratif.

• Capacité à gérer la complexité, à faire face à l'incertitude et à innover.

• Connaissance des principes d'apprentissage. Connaissance du parcours professionnel des   HCPs .

• Polyvalence : implication à la fois dans les activités stratégiques, tactiques et quotidiennes, avec une capacité à prendre du recul et à avoir une vision d’ensemble.

• Intégrité, sens des responsabilités et exigence en matière d’éthique et de conformité.

• Maîtrise professionnelle de l'anglais.

• Emplacement dans la région parisienne préférée. ≥40% de déplacements sont à prévoir.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€58 900,00 - €96 485,00
