Job Description:

Entry to developing individual contributor, who works under close supervision. Helps implement projects, programs, and processes in support of assigned business leader/organization. Applies theoretical knowledge of the Administration & Secretarial field to carry out procedures and plans for the area.

Assist in the establishment and implementation of programs and innovative initiatives aligned to organization needs, under direct supervision.

Contributes to less complex components of projects, programs, or processes.

Identifies continuous improvement opportunities in support of increasing organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Coordinates projects, meetings, conference calls, and travel, prioritizing deadlines and conducting appropriate follow up.

Carries out communication techniques and applies standards for internal and external correspondence, meeting management, and customer service.

Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
