The Position
Wie sieht unser Team aus?
Unterstütze unser Team in der Fermentation im Clinical Supply Center des Bereichs Pharma Biotech Development. Wir bearbeiten Produktionsaufträge zur biotechnologischen Herstellung von pharmazeutischen Wirkstoffen durch Kultivierung von genetisch modifizierten Zellen und Mikroorganismen für die Versorgung von klinischen Studien Phase I - III unter Einhaltung von cGMP Richtlinien.
Wir erledigen vielfältige Aufgaben an Fermentations- und Ernteanlagen sowohl in Edelstahl als auch an Single Use Anlagen bis zu einem Scale von 2000L. Die Arbeiten finden in Wechselschicht (Früh- und Mittelschicht inkl. Wochenendarbeit und Bereitschaftsdienst) und im Reinraum statt. Das Tragen entsprechender Reinraumkleidung ist notwendig.
Was beinhaltet Deine neue Stelle?
Ausführung von Arbeiten im Fermentationsbetrieb inklusive Wartungsarbeiten an Anlagen und Geräten. Reinhaltung von Arbeitsräumen und Anlagen.
GMP gerechte Durchführung der betrieblichen Dokumentation, z.B. in Herstellvorschriften, Betriebsbüchern und Arbeitsvorschriften und auch in verschiedenen Computerprogrammen
Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung, bzw. Aktualisierung von Arbeits- und Herstellvorschriften.
Durchführung analytischer Arbeiten im Rahmen allgemeiner Richtlinien
Betreuung von zugewiesenen Arbeitsfelder z.B.: Wahrnehmung von Geräteverantwortung, Anlagenqualifizierung, Requalifizierung nach Umbauten, Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von R+I-Schemata sowie Anlagenfunktionsbeschreibungen.
Einarbeitung von neuen Mitarbeitern
Du kannst dich mit den folgenden Aussagen identifizieren?
Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Studium (Bachelor) in einem technischen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Umfeld oder hast eine Weiterbildung zum Techniker/Meister erfolgreich absolviert und konntest idealerweise bereits mehrere Jahre Berufspraxis auf einem entsprechenden Arbeitsplatz z.B. als Chemie-/Biologielaborant, CTA, BTA oder Brauer/Mälzer sammeln.
Du besitzt Erfahrung in einem Fermentationsbetrieb oder -technikum
Umgang mit Mikroorganismen oder Säugerzellen sind dir bereits bestens vertraut
Das Arbeiten im Reinraum ist für Dich nichts Neues.
Du hast gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Englisch
Du beherrschst den allgemeinen Umgang mit Computerprogrammen und arbeitest Dich schnell in neue digitale Programme ein
Die Stelle ist auf 2 Jahre befristet.
