Your role:
Production Associated Manager reports to Production manager, the main responsibilities of the Production Associated Manager are to support production manager to deliver the finish-goods in right quality, quantity and right time. the Production Associated Manager should fulfill all compliance, EHS, quality requirements both from internal and external. and to drive change within the production to improve EHS, Cost, Quality, and Productivity Performance.
The Production Associated Manager is responsible for overseeing the support of new production transfers to the plant, focusing on the execution of construction, commissioning, qualification, and validation aspects to ensure compliance with EHS and quality standards during this period.
Assure compliance to all company and China authorities EHS requirements, regulations, and acquire necessary permits in time with support from relevant department. Continuously improve plant effectiveness in EHS by providing clear and visible leadership as consistent with the philosophy that every incident is preventable.

Lead the continuous improvement projects of responsible production line all aspects of process performance including production equipment, cycle times, yields, downtime, raw material efficiency, waste generation, energy efficiency, and quality by following a systematic methodology e.g. six sigma DMAIC meaning define, measure, analyze, improve, control 5 steps.
Ensures that established production procedures and instructions are followed. Ensures quality and safety standards are met. Ensures that work area is clean, secure, and well maintained. Reviews and updates production policies and procedures regularly. Finish all necessary paper work and reporting guided by manager
Responsible for annual Provide training, coaching, performance appraisal and development to production workers.
Act as the SAP key user in production, ensure SAP roll out in 2018 in time and in quality in the part of Prodcution
Support production manager Provide training, coaching, performance appraisal and development to the production employees.
Support Manage the ramp up of responsible production following the supply chain production planning
Establish and live ISO9001 system. Acquire the group ISO9001 certificate within the scope of production
Supports the Site Quality Leaders in ensuring that all quality systems and measures receive appropriate focus
Participate in the regular supply review meeting, identify and communicate when problems or potential risks to supply arise and take appropriate counter measures.
Support plant emergency response team for site emergency case exercise in the scope of production
Continually enhances the skill level of employees by investing in the learning and development of the organization's employees.
Encouraging and supporting open communication and reporting of quality issues and concerns.
Encouraging and supporting your staff to participate in quality culture building and quality related activities
Who you are:
University or college graduate in chemistry or chemical engineering.
Extensive professional experience 5+ years in chemical industry and 2+ years supervisor role in chemical plant.
Good safety knowledge and awareness.
Familiar with basic chemical reactions/process. Familiar with common chemical industrial equipment.
Know basic automatic process control theory. Familiar with PLC.
Familiar with basic MS office software.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Good command in English and Chinese in writing and speaking
Clear and effective oral communication skill.
Experienced in SAP production module BOM and recipe set-up.
