About this opportunity

Responsible for planning, executing and reporting on CAPEX projects within the area of discipline. Responsible for developing and implementing key aseptic production equipment in the Campus Expansion project.

Strategy & Organizational Development:·      Support internal and external audits·      Own the Training Curriculum for own Job ProfileMaintenance & Calibration:·      Get permits for maintenance / calibration / projects·      Execute FMEA and define the maintenance type for each asset; assess equipment criticality (HML)·      Create / maintain / verify engineering documents (protocols, drawings, lists, schedules, diagrams, layouts, calculations, datasheets).Project Engineering & Control:·      Develop Project Cost Estimation & Value Improvement Review·      Perform Project Risk Assessment·      Prepare Project Initiation Documents (Business Requirements (PBR), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS); Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), Project Scope Statement (PSS)·      Develop Project Sourcing Strategy·      Identify technical solutions·      Prepare Project Quality Plan·      Prepare project procurement plan, perform project tendering and procurement·      Perform project HSE management & execute project safety stops/reviews·      Perform project reviews (e.g. Technical Quality Review (TQR), constructability)·      Develop Project Commission Plan / Strategy·      Establish Project Change Management & manage changes·      Submit Project Statutory Permits·      Prepare Equipment Specifications and System Requirements in project (e.g. User Requirement Specification)·      Develop Project Execution Plan (e.g. construction)·      Prepare / execute Project Health & Safety Risk Assessments (Equipment / Process)·      Prepare Functional Specifications in project·      Prepare, review and approve drawings, lists, schedules, diagrams, layouts, calculations and datasheets in project·      Issues orders / contracts based on Project Technical Specifications and Bills of Quantities·      Expedite and manage project vendors / contractors / 3rd parties in project·      Develop test specification / plan for commissioning & qualification in projects·      Execute project construction execution (CM & installation supervision)·      Perform new equipment FAT / SAT / inspections in project·      Implement and monitor construction contractor safety and inspection plan·      Execute work orders for projects as per method statement·      Perform commission activities·      Manage project deficiencies and deviations·      Develop project execution strategy and execute investment projects according to customer needs (costs, schedule, functionality, quality)Ideal BackgroundEducation:Degree in engineering (Dipl. Ing. / M. Sc. / B. Sc.) or equivalent. Languages:Fluent in English and proficient in Chinese. Relevant Experiences:·         8 years of engineering experience thereof 3 in investment projects in Pharmaceutical industry·         knowledge and experience of aseptic process and equipment·         Leadership experience for the management of external resources·         Proven project management skills including contract management and project controlling·         Broad interdisciplinary knowledge·         Extended HSE and GxP/QA knowledge
