Position Title : Product Specialist – Eyecare
Reporting to : Area Sales Manager
Location : Thailand - Upper South (Phetchaburi, Prachuab Kirikhant, Ranong, Suratthani, Phuket, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phattalung)
SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for promoting eyecare products in the assigned territory in Thailand. This role drives product awareness, supports sales growth, and builds strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Promote Eyecare products (Anti-Glaucoma portfolio, Dry Eyes portfolio) to healthcare professionals and key accounts, while building strong customer relationships and driving territory growth.
Deliver product presentations, educational sessions, and tailored product information to support customer needs and sales targets.
Plan and execute territory business plans, account strategies, and promotional activities, including congresses and training programs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, and share insights with the team.
Coordinate with distributors and cross-functional teams to ensure product availability, effective execution, and business support.
Maintain compliance with company policies, local regulations, ethical standards, and accurate CRM records.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Science or related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical or eyecare sales is preferred.
Strong understanding of the Thailand healthcare market and customer landscape.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Result-oriented with strong planning, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Able to work independently and travel within the assigned territory.
Proficiency in Thai and English is an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with compliance.
Positive and Can-do attitude, with self-motivation and passions
