The Product Director will be accountable for understanding and implementing strategies to influence Erda-iDRS treatment in the Bladder Cancer disease state. In addition, you will be responsible for driving the strategies to include development and implementation of health care professional marketing plans and initiatives in the Bladder Cancer marketplace. In this role, you will craft omnichannel & customer journey marketing strategies that help providers reimagine care and redefine living for patients with Bladder Cancer.
Position Description:
Leads development of comprehensive omnichannel marketing plans, including strategy, engagement.ai, and portfolio synergies to achieve business goals ensuring strong pull-through of key brand messages across all non-customer-facing channels
Own the end-to-end HCP customer journey, identifying key adoption barriers and designing interventions that accelerate patient identification, treatment initiation, and account activation.
Lead omnichannel and non-personal promotion strategy, ensuring coordinated engagement across field, digital, email, media, and customer experience channels to drive awareness, consideration, and adoption across targeted customer segments
Optimize engagement performance through data, insights, and Engagement.ai capabilities, continuously refining channel mix, content sequencing, and targeting to improve customer activation and business outcomes
Ensure omnichannel strategies and tactical deployment are developed and performed in close partnership with Sales, Medical Affairs, Precision Medicine, other key internal partners and the INLEXZO brand team
Manage professional agency of record and other specialty agencies to implement optimized omnichannel tactics.
Lead analytics, and market research to generate insights for implementation and refinement of the customer journey ecosystem and initiatives in partnership with the insights and analytics team
Partner with legal, medical, regulatory & HCC to support team in approval of marketing materials.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
A minimum Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge
A minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Managed Care Account Management, Pricing and/or related fields and/or experience in a qualified leadership development program
Proven proficiencies in marketing, project management, and clear communication.
Ability to travel up to 20%, which may include overnight and weekend travel.
Preferred:
People leadership experience
Experience in oncology or urology
Experience with product launch
Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and applying new tools over time
