The Position

The Senior Solution Architect will design business-driven, standards-based, and future-ready solutions to enable Roche’s omnichannel orchestration capabilities. This role focuses on building and scaling an integrated ecosystem leveraging Adobe Experience Platform (RT-CDP, AJO, CJA), ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, data strategy, and governance standards.

You will operate within a complex, multi-solution environment, driving the architecture vision across data, platforms, and activation use cases. The role requires balancing current delivery needs with long-term scalability, while ensuring robust handling of non-functional requirements (NFRs), data privacy, and system performance.

Description of the area

Job Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

Define end-to-end omnichannel architecture aligned with business and enterprise standards

Establish data models, identity frameworks, and integration patterns

Manage NFRs (performance, scalability, security, compliance)

Data & Integration

Integrate CRM, MDM, consent, and web/app event data

Enable unified customer profiles and audience segmentation

Ensure data quality, governance, and privacy compliance

Platform (Adobe Stack)

Architect and guide implementation of RT-CDP, AJO, and CJA

Enable real-time segmentation, journey orchestration, and activation

Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems

Real-time & Orchestration

Design event-driven and streaming architectures

Enable multi-channel activation (email, paid media, others)

Establish reusable audience and journey frameworks

Strategy & Delivery

Define architecture roadmap and support delivery across use cases

Identify risks, dependencies, and optimization opportunities

Drive adoption of best practices, patterns, and new technologies

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate across business, product, and tech teams

Communicate complex concepts clearly and drive alignment

Qualifications

Experience

Proven experience in solution architecture within data and martech ecosystems

Experience with CDPs and omnichannel platforms (Adobe preferred)

Experience working in global, cross-functional teams

Certifications on Adobe stack - (AJO, CJA and RT-CDP)

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of:

Customer data platforms, identity resolution, segmentation

Event-driven / streaming architectures

Integration with CRM, MDM, consent systems

Experience with APIs, cloud data platforms, and data governance concepts (GDPR)
