The Opportunity
In this unique role, you will combine high-impact hands-on engineering with servant leadership to guide your development team toward continuous improvement. You will join a highly collaborative team environment where you will drive the full software development lifecycle while championing Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive all phases of the software development lifecycle, from feasibility studies and application design to testing, bug fixing, and software maintenance.
Design, implement, and test high-quality code utilizing C#, WPF, and .NET 8.0 frameworks.
Act as a Scrum Master and servant leader for the development team, facilitating progress, resolving blockers, and increasing workplace transparency.
Empower the team by applying proven Agile techniques, fostering conflict resolution, situational awareness, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate proactively within self-organizing teams to define, estimate, and plan high-impact work packages.
Leverage modern AI-supporting tools throughout the entire development lifecycle to optimize coding, testing, and troubleshooting workflows.
Review application designs, functionality, and source code to champion technical excellence and drive ongoing enhancements.
Who You Are
You are a proactive, collaborative technical professional who excels at navigating ambiguity. You possess a strong analytical mindset, are deeply passionate about exceptional code quality, and thrive when empowering cross-functional teams to succeed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Extensive professional experience in software engineering, with a strong background in C#, WPF, and .NET 8.0 frameworks.
Proven experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Facilitator for a software development team diligently applying Scrum practices and theory.
Certification in Scrum methodologies (such as CSM or PSM I) alongside deep knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, and team empowerment techniques.
Solid experience with SQL Server, including database design and utilizing ORMs like Entity Framework.
Practical understanding of modern development ecosystems, including Git/GitHub version control and setting up basic build environments.
Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect teams and resolve conflicts.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
