About this opportunity
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support commercial strategy development and alignment. Evaluate and define product and market opportunity & forecast the impact on overall business.
Cultivate external opinion leader relationship.
Establish necessary professional relationships with government authority and external contacts.
Support the development and implement of market access plans, to bring innovative product to China at fast speed.
Lead projects as planned. Lead & partner with cross functional teams of Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Finance, Market Access etc. colleagues to ensure effective communication and implementation/refinement of process.
Develop recommendations for portfolio prioritization and investment. Leverage and influence various stakeholders and ensure successful team deliverables.
Coordinate with regional Market and maximize New Product opportunity for China (Global engagement to understand product, priorities, global strategy, regional trends, etc.)
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree is required, Master degree or MBA is preferred;
At least 2-5 years marketing experience in Pharmaceutical industry;
At least 1-2 years Project management experience;
Product management experience is preferred;
Preferred demonstrated self-motivation ,strong execution and strong communication skills
Track record of working collaboratively across functions;
Fluent in written and spoken English is preferred;
Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word is must have.
