Your role:
Responsibilities:
Monitor outbound delivery status and coordinate with 3PL partners to optimize delivery efficiency and output.
Complete goods receipt (GR), goods issue (GI), inventory management, and goods movement activities in SAP per defined transactions and instructions.
Track outbound arrangements; ensure delivery requirements align with KPI targets and customer needs; liaise with carriers and internal stakeholders as needed.
Identify, investigate, and resolve abnormal shipments; document findings and actions in SAP and/or tracking sheets per instructions.
Communicate with relevant department colleagues to collect requested information and respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
Perform preliminary diagnostics of system issues and collaborate with IT to implement fixes.
Generate and analyze reports from multiple data sources to track KPIs and support continuous improvement projects.
Develop and implement improvement actions and projects to increase customer satisfaction and cross-functional efficiency.
Ensure daily operations comply with SOPs, with emphasis on EHS, Quality, and Compliance.
Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Who you are:
Skills, Performances & Competences required by the position:
3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or cross-border e-commerce operations preferred; experience with third-party logistics (3PL) environments is a plus.
Experience with biological, chemical products, or complex SKUs (e.g., electronics, automotive parts, consumer goods) preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or higher; overseas experience is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office and ERP/SAP systems; experience with other WMS/TMS or automated systems is a plus.
Good data analysis and problem-solving skills; experience with building digital dashboard or automatic tools is a plus.
Meticulous, responsible, self-learning and excellent communication skills.
Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
