Position Summary　職務概要:  

本ポジションは、DPS Japanにおけるビジネス戦略の意思決定を支えるため、Business AnalyticsおよびMarket Intelligenceの両面からデータドリブンなインサイト創出を担います。市場・競合・自社パフォーマンスに関する分析と、高度な分析手法（Advanced Analytics / AI）を活用したインサイトの提供により、事業成長および戦略精度向上に貢献します。

Key Responsibilities　主な職務内容:

Business Analytics

データ分析（Advanced Analytics）を通じたビジネスインサイトの創出

AI活用施策の企画・推進（ユースケース検討、PoC支援 等）

プロジェクトマネジメント（分析案件・データ活用プロジェクト）

KPI分析およびビジネスパフォーマンス評価

データの可視化・ストーリーテリングによる意思決定支援

Market Intelligence

市場データおよびマーケットシェアレポートの作成・分析

BU別パフォーマンス分析および定期レポーティング

競合分析および競争環境の評価

年次環境分析（Annual Environment Scan）の実施

社内外データ（NDB、CRMデータ等）を活用した市場動向の整理・可視化

各BUへのマーケットインサイト提供および関連アクションの提案

Required Experiences, Skills and Qualifications　求める経験・スキル・資格など:

データ分析、Market Intelligence、または関連領域での実務経験

統計学に基づきExcel / BIツール等を用いたデータ分析・可視化経験

ビジネス課題を理解し、分析結果から示唆を創出し伝えられる能力

論理的思考力および問題解決力

複数ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション能力

競合分析・市場分析の経験

英語でのコミュニケーション能力（英語での資料作成・Globalチームとのミーティング対応）

医療機器業界またはヘルスケア領域での経験（特に整形外科領域）（Preferred）

AI／高度分析（統計・機械学習等）の実務経験（Preferred）
