This is a field-based position with a fixed-term contract for 18 months (maternity cover).

Accountabilities

Act as a customer-facing scientific medical liaison expert, working with healthcare professionals to exchange scientific and clinical research data on our oncology products.

Serve as a reliable source of information for healthcare providers, offering insights into our therapeutic areas and products, as well as insights into the competition.

Regularly connect with Key Opinion Leaders and influential groups to build partnerships, share data, and gain support, including contributing to publications.

Engage in scientific exchanges with healthcare professionals on clinical and scientific data related to our oncology products, ensuring adherence to local regulations.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in the development of publications as a moderator or co-author.

Facilitate ongoing medical education for healthcare professionals to support their continuous professional development.

Organize medical events with external partners, defining event needs, identifying potential speakers, and managing logistics.

Support or lead activities related to new oncology therapies, products, and departmental expansions.

Attend scientific conferences to stay informed of the latest developments in oncology.

Essential Skills/Experience

Education in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Biomedical Science fields.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate brings MSL experience in Oncology.

Preferably proven experience in MSL, KAM, or Medical Representative roles.

Ability to effectively communicate scientific information to healthcare professionals and colleagues.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Patient-centric and people-oriented approach.

Strategic understanding of the healthcare environment.

Strong motivation for learning and curiosity.

Well-developed team spirit and collaboration skills.

Bold mentality and creative thinking to drive impactful solutions.

Excellent command of English and Bulgarian, both written and verbal.

Valid driver’s license.
