Main responsibilities

• Oversee and review medical events and engagements with healthcare professionals, ensuring full adherence to Sanofi global policies, standard operating procedures, and local industry regulations, including fair market value assessments and tiering management.

• Manage the end-to-end process for Grants, Donations, and Charitable Contributions in line with Sanofi global policy and local regulatory requirements.

• Support transparency disclosure activities in accordance with industry guidelines, and participate in compliance-related industry working groups and associations.

• Manage Medical omnichannel platforms to ensure compliant, consistent engagement with healthcare professionals while maintaining data integrity and regulatory standards.

• Provide medical onboarding training for new team members and oversee quality-document training, including course status management and role responsibility frameworks.

• Serve as the Medical Representative during global audits; review and assess the status of quality-related medical operations and manage associated reports, including corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans.

• Lead Medical Governance initiatives and facilitate key governance meetings, ensuring effective decision-making, action tracking, and cross-functional alignment on medical strategy and compliance.

• Experience: Background in Medical Affairs or a related area within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

• Soft and technical skills: Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of seniority; collaborative mindset with a commitment to quality and compliance

• Languages: Native-level Japanese and working-level English
