About this opportunity
JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for the medical and scientific activities of assigned product(s) or tasks with a focus on unmet medical need assessment, value proposition of Sanofi products, and the development and execution of medical strategy and plan to provide medical support to new and existing products in accordance with the Management's priorities and requirements, and in strict adherence to the Company's corporate policies, guidelines and requirements.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Support the development and execution of medical plans to optimize product value.
- Provide up to date disease and product knowledge to internal and external customers for assigned product(s).
Provide medical input, evidence generation especially into the Life Cycle Management of priority brands and TAs to meet unmet medical needs
- Provide scientific input to post-marketing clinical programs (Phase IV, registries) for assigned product(s).
- Provide scientific input to other key medical activities for the assigned product(s) or tasks
- Closely work with regulatory and R&D to provide scientific input on unmet medical need assessment and product value proposition to ensure an optimal local registration strategy for new product and/or new indication.
- Develop and maintain permanent relations with a network of opinion leaders and experts for the assigned product(s) in order to maintain and reinforce the scientific position of the Group
- Provide medical and scientific support to the Company’s marketing and sales activities
- Ensure appropriate scientific and medical compliance, governance and risk management within the framework of optimized patient centered risk/benefit in the responsible product(s) or tasks.
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Medical , master degree or above
Experience & knowledge:
Above 3 year clinical practice, plus 3 years in medical affairs , preferably specialized in the relevant field or Above 5 year Experience in medical affairs Experience in clinical research function in pharmaceutical industry is desirable
