Jouw rol:
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse opvolging van onderhoudsorders in het ERP-systeem binnen de productieafdeling. Je bereidt onderhoudsorders voor en volgt deze administratief op, plant activiteiten in samenwerking met de maintenance lead, technici, leveranciers en productie, en zorgt ervoor dat alles correct is gedocumenteerd. Je monitort onderhoudsservices en bestellingen van externe leveranciers, volgt afspraken met leveranciers op en zorgt ervoor dat alle vereiste documentatie op tijd beschikbaar is. Je beheert de voorraad reserveonderdelen en plaatst bestellingen om ervoor te zorgen dat materialen beschikbaar zijn wanneer nodig. Door je bijdrage aan onderhoudsopvolging help je de kwaliteit van onze chromatografische harsen te behouden, die wereldwijd door toonaangevende farmaceutische bedrijven worden gebruikt. Je registreert ook onderhoudsafwijkingen in het kwaliteitssysteem, archiveert onderhoudsdocumentatie correct en draagt bij aan onderhoudsgerelateerde projecten. Het is essentieel dat je volgens strikte veiligheids- en kwaliteitsprocedures werkt in deze rol.
Wie je bent:
Je hebt een wetenschappelijk of technisch diploma of beschikt over gelijkwaardige relevante ervaring.
Je hebt minstens drie jaar ervaring met het ondersteunen van een maintenance team, bij voorkeur in de farmaceutische sector of de bredere Life Sciences-industrie.
Je bent gemotiveerd, integriteit-gedreven en detail-gericht met een scherp oog voor kwaliteit.
Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief, stelt prioriteiten in en bent comfortabel met praktische werkzaamheden.
Je hebt praktische ervaring met data integrity, inclusief kennis van ALCOA-principes en Good Documentation Practices (GDocP).
Je hebt uitstekende communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands; kennis van Engels is een plus.
Je bent een teamspeler die ervan geniet samen te werken met andere afdelingen en volgens strikte veiligheids- en kwaliteitsprocedures te werken.
