KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER BIOGEN BIOSIMILARS – EAST SPAIN (Barcelona based)
About this opportunity
What You’ll Do:
Territory covered Cataluña and Aragon
Develop and execute an effective business plan tailored to the territory's needs.
Identify, segment, profile, and define key accounts among stakeholders such as payers, pharmacists, hospital managers, physicians, and nurses.
Build and maintain intimate knowledge of account stakeholders’ priorities, processes, business needs, drivers, and barriers.
Foster and strengthen long-term customer relationships through regular visits and engagement with key stakeholders and healthcare professionals.
Monitor procurement cycles and processes relevant to biologic products.
Lead the submission and negotiation processes for access to Biogen’s aTNF products.
Utilize resources from cross-functional departments to implement local marketing strategies and organize programs to enhance understanding and interest in assigned products.
Potential opportunity to expand portfolio in immunology.

Required Skills:
University degree (sciences preferred); a master's degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience with hospital products as a KAM.
Experience in rheumatology.
Mid-level in English and fluency in Catalan preferred.
Knowledge of the Catalan healthcare system.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong selling capabilities and interpersonal savvy.
Strategic and analytical mindset with a long-term vision.
High level of digital competency to support hybrid sales activities.
Results-oriented, ethical, and committed to high standards of conduct.
Strong drive with high ambition.
