The Senior Market Access Specialist is an experienced individual contributor who plays a critical role in shaping and executing comprehensive market access strategies. Working under moderate supervision, this position provides strategic insights and guidance to senior leadership on performance against key objectives. The role contributes to organizational best practices by developing impactful health economics and market access deliverables that support successful go-to-market initiatives. This individual leverages data-driven research and economic analyses to inform decision-making, designs and implements health research studies, and evaluates product value based on customer requirements and market dynamics.
Responsibilities
Lead new drug /new indication P&R project
Manage post-launch price events (PVA, price changes due to generics etc.)
Develop P&R strategy and assess the feasibility of new pipelines
Analyze global PE model and develop local PE data
Lead environment shaping and stakeholder engagement
Align business strategy as a business partner with cross-functional team
Reimbursement criteria guidance, rejection management
Qualifications
Preferred
5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including 3+ years in Market Access (MA).
Experience in health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) or health economic evaluation projects.
Required
Sound knowledge of general medicine or pharmacy and clinical practice
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to negotiate and communicate with internal and external customers
Fluency in written and spoken English in addition to local language(s)
a Bachelor or higher degree in pharmacy, or equivalent training as a healthcare provider
Previous experience on the pharmaceutical industry and at least 1 projects experience in pharmaco economic research(PE) is desired
