Job Description:
The Director of Market Access CoE is a strategic leadership role responsible for building and leading a high-impact centre of excellence that drives high-quality integrated pricing strategy, bidding strategy, early access strategy and capabilities across entire portfolio closely partnering with regional and local cross-functional teams;
Overall market access and pricing strategies Develop and own end to end pricing strategies for entire portfolio covering from early pipeline, launch, NRDL, to life cycle management
Strategic access strategy for early pipelines and BD
Business key cycle pricing planning
End-to-end Tendering strategy, policy and operation management
Develop and lead the execution of tendering strategy at national and provincial levels;
Manage external stakeholder engagement and policy shaping for pricing and procurement bureau under NHSA;
Policy analysis, market intelligence & capability building for entire integrated market access and government affair team Track, analyze, and forecast healthcare, reimbursement, pricing, tendering, HE, RWE policies, providing strategic opportunity and risk assessment;
Develop policy position and shaping evidence
Lead the design and implementation of capability building programs
Team leadership & development of a high-performing team and talent growth(total 7 HCs) Foster a culture of C.O.E leadership behaivor and GRIT
Drive strategic rigor, execution excellence, collaboration and high compliance
Strategic projects and initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree is a must; Advanced degree(Master, MBA) strongly preferred;
Experience
8 years+ of progressive experience in market access, pricing, reimbursement, tendering, HEOR, RWE, policy, within pharmaceutical industry;
Commercial and government experience would be a plus;
Multi-region experience would be a plus;
3+year of director level or equivalent role with a proven track record building and drive the execution of strategic initiatives
Extensive experience working in a matrix organization with APAC and global headquarter collaboration
Strong leadership experience and passioned at developing talents
Proven track record in E2E access strategy, full product lifecycle management and successful engagement with authorities;

Deep expertise knowledge across full access value chain and policy
Enterprise-level strategic thinking and framing, strong business acumen, growth mindset, advanced data-driven analytical and decision making, and results-oriented accountability and execution
Strong executive presence and ability to navigate complex situation and dynamic into simple way for executive communication
Excellent cross-function and cultural communication, negotiation, stakeholder management and influencing skills;
Proven ability to balance high-level strategy with rigorous operational delivery and results accountability
