This position is a critical part of the U.S.   Lung   marketing team.   The GPD, Professional Marketing, will   be responsible for   leading a team accountable for the development and execution of the U.S. professional marketing strateg ies . This role will   function as   a leader on the   Lung   marketing team and will report directly to the   Director of Marketing . The GPD will be responsible for the leadership of direct reports and must work closely with multiple functions including   Sales,   Business Analytics, Sales Training,   Portfolio Strategy & Execution   Marketing, Finance, Medical Affairs, Real World Value & Evidence ,   Strategic Customer Group,   Corporate   Communications,   and outside vendors   to   effectively execute key commercial activities. In addition, this GPD will also   collaborate   closely with the leaders across the  Lung portfolio .

Responsibilities   include but limited to :

Lead development of   short- and long-term   p rofessional marketing strategies and tactics   for   RYBREVANT   Faspro ™   and   LAZCLUZE® therapy,   establishing   it as 1L treatment in   EGFR positive   mNSCLC , Exon 19 deletion and L858R substitution . Set clear   strategy   to   optimize   execution.

Deliver   enhanced , simple &   competitive   mes s aging   to drive faster 1L adoption of our regime .

Lead, partner, share insights with   business   partners to ensure strong collaboration and ideation to develop and execute assets based on key insights.

Manage professional   agency of record   and other specialty agencies to implement HCP tactics   a nd training .

Lead   a competitive   media   &   digital strategy and asset creation for HCP audience , inclusive of   setting a new standard in   evolving our   Marketing ways of working ,   aligned with “ai” driven capabilities

Manage budget, including all aspects of agency and media   spend .

Partner with market research, competitive   intelligence,   and analytics to deepen key insights for the brand, market &   current/future   indications .

Play a meaningful role partnering with cross functional partners including Global, US Medical Affairs, Commercial Excellence, Sales Leadership, Finance, Oncology Franchise marketing and   agency   partners to develop professional marketing plans and tactics for the U.S. business.

Coordinate promotional activities with   sales le adership   and deliver strategic content for field meetings.

Partner with Sales Training on product training requirements and execution to the field.

Supports franchise   team   cross-functional initiatives, including but not limited to agile   marketing.

Partner with legal, medical, regulatory & HCC to support team in approval of marketing materials.

Oversee tactical execution of direct reports; Provide coaching, development, and day-to-day management of direct reports.

Develop,   retain ,   and motivate direct   reports.

Qualifications:

A minimum of a   BA/BS   required ; MBA preferred.

Minimum   8   years   business experience is   required   ( e.g.,   Sales, Marketing, Management,   etc. ) of which   3   years   demonstrated   marketing experience and proven performance is   required .

Demonstrated in-line marketing experience and success   is   required .

Prostate / Oncology experience   preferred.

Demonstrated   people   management experience is   required .

Sales   and/ or Sales leadership experience is preferred.

Must   demonstrate   excellent leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrix and unstructured e nviron ment.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically   and challenge the status quo.

Strong verbal,   written   and executive communication skills are   required   along with   demonstrated   presentation skills.

Experience building team AI literacy and confidence, reinforcing trusted and responsible AI use and sound judgment is preferred.

Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and applying new tools over time is preferred.
