The Group Product Director, KOL Strategic Engagement and Development will serve as the centralized leader accountable for setting and executing the overarching KOL strategy across all CAPLYTA® indications (MDD, Bipolar, and Schizophrenia), developing new advocates, managing the a large speaker bureau, and creating content activated across all channels, Thought Leader Liaisons (TLLs), congresses, and peer-to-peer programs. This role will lead a team of three direct reports and serve as the single point of accountability for KOL strategy, content, and P2P across the brand. This position reports to the Director of Marketing, CAPLYTA®.

Key Responsibilities:

Set the overarching KOL engagement strategy for existing advocates and develop a pipeline of new and emerging KOLs across all CAPLYTA® indications (MDD, Bipolar, Schizophrenia)

Own end-to-end peer-to-peer (P2P) strategy, large speaker bureau management, and program optimization across all indications

Create and curate content deployed through TLL field interactions, congress activations, speaker programs, and digital channels

Lead congress strategy inclusive of booth presence, product theaters, roadshows, and executive KOL encounters

Lead advisory board strategy focused on insight generation to inform content development, unmet needs, and clinical perceptions

Drive TLL marketing content strategy, development, training, and field insight synthesis in partnership with the TLL National Director

Synthesize KOL and field insights to inform brand strategy, competitive positioning, and co-positioning across the Neuroscience portfolio

Ensure coordinated, customer-centric KOL engagement across the Neuroscience portfolio to maximize impact of peer-to-peer content

Manage and develop a team of three direct reports: two Product Directors and one Product Manager

Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Medical Affairs, Sales Leadership, Market Access, and Global Commercial teams to ensure strategic alignment

Organizational Alignment, Collaboration and Executional Excellence: Foster collaboration and influence with cross-functional partners; create one aligned US voice across KOL, P2P, and regional marketing; demonstrate organizational awareness and leverage network

People Leadership: Build, develop, and retain high-performing teams; foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and inclusion

Demonstrated understanding of Marketing Excellence framework and competencies

Big picture orientation with attention to detail

Qualifications / Requirements:

Education:

BA/BS required; MBA preferred

Experience and Skills:

Required:

Minimum of 10 years of relevant commercial experience, including marketing and/or sales in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

Minimum of 3 years of people management experience, including developing and coaching direct reports

Demonstrated experience leading KOL engagement, peer-to-peer strategy, and/or medical education programs

Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive strategic alignment across matrixed organizations

Strong verbal and written communication skills required

Strong decision-making skills and ability to manage complexity across multiple projects and indications

Preferred:

Psychiatry, Neuroscience, or CNS therapeutic area experience strongly preferred

Launch experience strongly preferred

Marketing and Sales/Sales Leadership experience preferred

Experience managing large speaker bureaus and congress strategies

Experience partnering with R&D, Medical Affairs, Global Marketing, Market Access, Patient Advocacy, and Supply Chain

Ability to motivate, lead, and influence across levels and functions

Knowledge and understanding of TLL/MSL field models and regional marketing execution

This position will be located in Titusville, NJ and may involve up to 30% travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$150,000.00 - $258,750.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
