The Role – What You’ll Do

As a GP Sales Representative in the Penrith area, you will: Build strong partnerships with General Practitioners, Retail Pharmacies, and allied health professionals.

Engage healthcare professionals in conversations about approved medicines, efficacy, and safety.

Develop and execute a local sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets in your territory.

Use data insights to understand customer needs and tailor your approach.

Successfully complete all product training and obtain your Medicines Australia (MA) qualification.

Drive performance while maintaining compliance with the MA Code of Conduct.

What We’re Looking For

Essential: Prior sales experience and/or healthcare background

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification)

Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills

Ability to plan strategically and achieve results

Desirable: Experience and prior relationships with GPs on the North Shore territory

Experience working with digital tools and data to optimise sales

Knowledge of therapeutic areas, healthcare systems, and the pharmaceutical environment
