In this customer-facing role, you will:
Build strong, trusted relationships with GPs and healthcare professionals
Deliver quality, insight-led conversations that influence patient management
Take ownership of your territory plan and focus where you can create the most impact
Work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain sustainable customer relationships based on trust and insight
Plan and prioritise your territory to maximise impact across key accounts
Deliver high-quality clinical conversations tailored to customer needs
Stay up to date on clinical developments and competitor activity
Manage a regional territory, including structured travel and planned overnight stays
Territory
Core focus area (Bundaberg + Hervey Bay) = priority accounts
Secondary areas (Rockhampton/Gladstone) = lower frequency / strategic coverage
This role ideally based in Bundaberg or Hervey Bay, covering surrounding areas including Rockhampton and Gladstone but open to base in other Fraser Coast locations.
Travel is planned and structured to support effective territory management.
About you
You are a motivated, relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys working autonomously.
You bring:

Experience
Sales experience in pharmaceutical, medical device or similar customer-facing roles
Tertiary qualifications (Science, Business or related preferred)
Demonstrated professional achievement
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pharmaceutical experience is not essential.
