The Position
Die Möglichkeit:
Sicherstellung der GMP-Compliance in der Verpackung gemäß nationalen, internationalen und Roche-internen Anforderungen
Sicherstellung einer stabilen und störungsfreien Produktion durch kontinuierliche Verbesserungen
Zentraler GMP-Ansprechpartner und SME für Manufacturing Unit und Schnittstellen
Bearbeitung und Koordination von Deviations, CAPAs, Changes und Multisite Assessments
Verantwortung als Data Integrity SME sowie für den Quality Risk Management (QRM) Prozess, inklusive Risikoanalysen
Mitgestaltung und Dokumentation von Produktions- und Prozessabläufen
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Hygiene-, Reinigungs- und Zonenkonzepten
Vorbereitung, Koordination und Begleitung von Audits, Inspektionen und Selbstinspektionen, inklusive Maßnahmenverfolgung
Wer bist du?
Pharmazeutischer, naturwissenschaftlicher oder technischer Hintergrund durch Studium bzw. Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
Positive, integre und selbstreflektierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Team-, Kollaborations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Lösungsorientierte Can-Do-Mentalität mit Eigenverantwortung, strategischem und unternehmerischem Denken sowie End-to-End-Fokus
Starkes Quality Mindset, Supportorientierung sowie offene Speak-Up- und Fehlerkultur
Sehr gute Organisations- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung im Change Management
Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Offenheit für Veränderungen und Neues
Erfahrung in pharmazeutischer Produktion, Entwicklung, Qualitätssicherung/-kontrolle oder verwandten Industrien von Vorteil
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
