Your Role:
Able to work autonomously and take over responsibility to customize, develop and implement intranet pages, views, forms, lists, libraries, visuals/graphic materials, web parts, and other custom components to existing systems and integration of other applications with SharePoint.
Able to design solutions based on existing branding and design guidelines and best practices around Content Management, User Adoption, Governance and Change Management
Responsible for estimating work effort and achieving planned timelines by having a solution oriented and pro-active and hands-on working style, having an analytical skill can be helpful.
Participate in project discussions; provide recommendations; implement solutions; and support to end users, attend internal customer meetings as required.
Adept with MS Office products as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams
Business-fluent English skills
Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required.
2-5 years of experience in SharePoint Development.
Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Highly analytical, detail oriented and a strong business sense
Proficiency in SharePoint development, including creating custom solutions, workflows, and forms.
Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, and permissions.
Ability to design and implement SharePoint solutions that meet specific business requirements.
Knowledge of SharePoint Online, SharePoint On-premises, and hybrid environments.
Experience with SharePoint integration with other systems and data sources.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Knowledge in Power Platform such as PowerApps, Automate, BI is an advantage
Effective communication and collaboration skills
