Job description
The ERP Solution Consultant delivers ERP and EWM solutions independently, proactively addresses challenges, and contributes effectively to team efforts. In this role, you will solve a broad range of difficult problems, prioritize your work, and report status in the area of Inventory and Warehouse Management. You will communicate seamlessly within product teams and occasionally interact with stakeholders on small to medium engagements while ensuring compliance with Roche Service Level Management processes (incident management, change management etc.) . By demonstrating good ERP business analysis knowledge and good understanding of business processes, your work will make a direct impact within your project or workgroup.

Job Responsibilities
Scope / (Content Leadership): Works independently to deliver ERP/EWM solutions and proactively identifies and addresses challenges. Seeks senior colleague support for complex product scenarios while ensuring adherence to processes for timely and high-quality results. Contributes to specific chapter-related outcomes, fosters effective teamwork, and actively solicits ideas from others within the project team.
Accountability/Problem Solving: Deals with uncertainty and makes decisions at the product level with guidance from a more senior member. Provides solutions to a broad range of difficult problems.
Stakeholder Management: Primarily interacts within product teams, squads, and across the Product Line as applicable. Interacts directly with stakeholders on small to medium engagements. Communicates information, issues, and potential solutions within product teams and clearly communicates the impact of their own work in the context of business needs.
Impact/Strategy: Makes an impact that is typically limited to a specific workgroup or project.
Complexity / (Product Size): Demonstrates the ability to prioritize and report status at the product level.
Business / Technical ability: Applies understanding of tools, principles, concepts, and techniques related to requirements, data, usability, and process analysis. Demonstrates good knowledge of ERP IT Business Analysis and Consultancy concepts and practices with a focus on inventory and warehouse management.
Qualifications
Education / Experience
Demonstrated experience independently delivering ERP solutions while fostering effective teamwork and adherence to quality processes.
Experience making decisions at the product level under guidance and solving a broad range of difficult problems.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and accurately report status at the product level.
Technical Skills
Good knowledge of SAP ERP IT Business Analysis / Consultancy concepts and practices with focus on SAP MM/IM and EWM with 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain environment incl. experience across the SAP modules
Good understanding and application of tools, principles, concepts, and techniques related to requirements, data, usability, and process analysis.
Good level of business process domain knowledge.
Experience in handling 3rd party logistic provider integrations (with LE-IDW) into ERP is a plus.
Additional Qualifications
Strong collaborative mindset with a track record of actively soliciting ideas from project team members.
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of interacting on small to medium engagements and articulating the business impact of their work.
Experience in working with agile teams
Experience in working in a global environment with development partners incl. Ensuring the needed governance for these partners.
