The Senior ERP Solution Consultant leads complex ERP product teams, shapes product strategy utilizing industry knowledge, and drives technical direction. In this strategic role, you will make high-impact decisions, solve complex cross-product issues, and expertly communicate with stakeholders at all levels. As a recognized leader and mentor, you will deliver significant impact across product lines, reporting at an enterprise level while applying deep ERP business process and analytical expertise to drive continuous value creation and organizational growth.

Job Responsibilities
Scope / (Content Leadership): Leads teams and squads (internal and external) and delivers on a diversity of products with significant complexity. Leads the development of approaches (e.g., Agile backlog management) and timelines across product teams/squads. Designs and documents solutions that meet product requirements, business priorities, and enterprise standards throughout the product life cycle. Researches, evaluates, pilots, and drives the adoption of new technologies, while developing and maintaining the product's technology roadmap. Provides technical oversight, guidance, and consultation on specific technologies for the product teams.
Accountability/Problem Solving: Independently makes decisions with an impact at the process, organization, or product line level. Drives the successful completion of major programs within or across product lines as a lead. Responsible for leading collaborative team environments across products and product lines to solve unusually complex, ambiguous problems and provide highly innovative solutions.
Stakeholder Management: Interacts with large/global teams across multiple product lines or chapter cluster squads. Takes a leading role in interacting directly and strategically with all stakeholders, including partnering with Senior Leaders. Communicates complex concepts and potential solutions across the enterprise or multiple portfolios and negotiates with others to adopt different points of view. Expertly tailors messaging to different target audiences and chooses appropriate communication channels.
Impact/Strategy: Acts as a key contributor, thought leader, and go-to person for important stakeholders in specific areas. Provides consistent leadership and impact on a number of major products and at the product line level. Serves as a role model in teamwork, driving strong collaboration across products/product lines and between Informatics and the business. Identifies opportunities to enhance value and business processes, and mentors colleagues to help them develop their expertise and skills.
Complexity / (Product Size): Demonstrates the ability to prioritize, plan, and report status at the enterprise or multi-product/product line level. Capable of acting as a Product Owner in large products. Contributes to talent acquisition and capability development (e.g., by screening CVs, interviewing candidates, and organizing trainings).
Business / Technical ability: Applies a proficient level of ERP business process domain knowledge and architecture practices. Applies in-depth and expert-level knowledge in technical principles, theories, and concepts related to requirements, data, usability, and process analysis, contributing to the development of new principles and concepts.
Qualifications
Education / Experience
Demonstrated experience leading complex ERP product teams and driving the successful completion of major programs within or across product lines.
Proven track record of acting as a Product Owner in large products and reporting status at an enterprise or multi-product level.
Experience contributing to talent acquisition and capability development, including mentoring and training others.
Technical Skills
Proficient level of ERP (especially, OMP) business process domain knowledge and architecture practices.
Experience with OMP System configuration and OPAL language (highly useful for system configuration, scripting, and development in this specific system) is required.
Deep expertise in at least one Business Analysis / Consultancy capability.
Expert-level knowledge in technical principles related to requirements, data, usability, and process analysis.
Strong capability to design solutions, maintain product technology roadmaps, and drive the evaluation and adoption of new technologies.
Experience with areas of scheduling, planning, and forecasting is highly preferred.
Experience with SAP Modules (ECC or S4) is a strong plus.
Experience with leveraging AI in ERP / planning use cases is a strong plus

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging, negotiate, and influence Senior Leaders across multiple portfolios.
Strong mentorship abilities and a proven track record as an identified role model for fostering collaboration between Informatics and business teams.
